How long does delivery take?

One to two working days in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, two to three days in other major cities, and up to five days for remote areas.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free on orders of Rs 50,000 and above. Below that a flat Rs 500 charge applies.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Use the Track your order page with your order number and the email you used at checkout to see live progress and your courier tracking number.

Do I have to pay before delivery?

No. Every order is Cash on Delivery. You inspect the device at your door and pay the rider only if you are happy with it.

Cash on Delivery is our standard method today. If you would prefer a bank transfer for a large order, contact us and we will arrange it.

Are the devices brand new and sealed?

Yes. Every device is brand new, factory sealed and never previously activated.

Can I return a device if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided the device is in original packaging with all accessories.

Since orders are paid in cash, refunds are made by bank transfer within three working days of the returned device passing inspection.

Two years of cover against manufacturing defects on every Mac and iPad, and one year on accessories.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. We collect the device, diagnose it within three working days and repair or replace it.
