30-day returns

If you change your mind, you can return any device within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Faulty devices

A device that is dead on arrival or develops a manufacturing fault is replaced free of charge. We arrange collection at our cost.

How to start a return

1. Open the order tracking page and enter your order number and email.
2. Press Request cancellation or call us on the number on our contact page.
3. Our team confirms the pickup slot within one working day.

Refunds

Because orders are paid Cash on Delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer to the account of your choice. Refunds are issued within 3 working days of the returned device passing inspection.

What we cannot accept

• Devices with physical or liquid damage
• Devices with Activation Lock still enabled
• Software or digital gift cards
