What is covered
Every Mac, iMac, Mac Studio, Mac Pro and iPad comes with two years of cover against manufacturing defects. Accessories carry one year of cover.
What is not covered
Accidental damage, liquid damage, cosmetic wear, and faults caused by unauthorised repair are not covered.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and a short description of the fault. We collect the device, diagnose it within 3 working days, and repair or replace it.
Turnaround
Most repairs are completed within 7–10 working days. If a repair will take longer, we offer a replacement unit where stock allows.
